The Comfort Double Room with the rolling-out Whirlpool offered stunning mountain views. However, evening noise from the jacuzzi made it hard to sleep.

The stay at Chalet Hotel Adler Ag had its highlights. The room was spacious with a nice view of the mountains, and I appreciated the comfort of the bed. The jacuzzi on the terrace was a fun feature, though it would be better if there was a separate shower. The location near Kandersteg station made it easy to explore the area. However, the internet was quite inconsistent. The restaurant was underwhelming. although there were Swiss specialties, the food quality was disappointing and poor in taste. Also, the thin walls allowed noise from other rooms to disrupt my peace. Cleanliness was spot on, and staff were generally friendly, but management should definitely address the kitchen quality.

Beautiful mountain views with direct access to nature.
My experience was unfortunately marred by persistent noise issues from neighboring guests enjoying the jacuzzi at odd hours, which made it hard to sleep. Additionally, there were moments of confusion with staff communication, leaving us uncertain about our dining options. Lastly, the restaurant experience was disappointing. although the menu had variety, the food quality didn't meet our expectations despite the lovely atmosphere.

Inconsistent internet access!!! The absence of air conditioning made my stay uncomfortable during warm moments!!! Deterioration of furniture and decor may deter many discerning guests!!!

Just a reliable pick for a brief stop-in in Kandersteg with good value. The large flat screen TV was a nice touch for evening downtime. Be sure to ask for a room on the back side for quieter nights.

Perfect for couples seeking romance
The staff had this extraordinary way of making us feel like we were the only guests in the place, really special. That automatic jacuzzi that rolls out onto the balcony? Pure genius,, we had a blast under the stars sipping wine and enjoying that view.
Yeah, it didn’t come cheap,, but you know what, it was still acceptable for what you get.
